What We provide

  • Draft the lease and screen the tenants (Background check, reference check, income check…etc.)

  • Unit turn over service.

  • Landlord/ Tenant online portal

  • Rent collection

  • Monthly financial and condition report to the landlord.

  • Biannually or annually property assessment and condition check.

  • Vender database – repair price over $500 will quote from at least 2 venders.

  • Help the landlord to prepare tax return.

  • Help the landlord to pay the property tax.

  • Emergency dispatch – Depends.  

  • Tenants eviction — Extra Service Fee

  • Large scale renovation — Extra Service Fee
